Jaw crusher, the crushing production line is one of the most popular and often used as primary crusher and secondary crusher, can be used for crushing under 320 mpa compressive strength of all materials, such as basalt, granite, marble, limestone, bluestone, coal, gypsum, etc., are widely used in mining, smelting, building material, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemical industry, etc.
Working principle:
The jaw crusher is composed of frame, moving plate, side shield, transmission, adjusting device, flywheel, lubricating device, etc. Work part of the jaw crusher is two pieces of jaw plate, a fixed jaw plate (e), vertical (or the upper slightly extraversion) fixed in front of the body wall, the other is a movable jaw board (hereinafter referred to as dynamic jaw), tilt, and fixed jaw plate formed under the big small “V” type of crushing cavity, the fixed jaw jaw slabs with doing periodic reciprocating motion, sometimes separately, sometimes near. When separated, the material enters the crushing chamber and the finished product is discharged from the lower part. When approaching, the material between the two jaw plates is crushed, bent and split and broken.
