Product description
The mechanical sesl of the pume refers to the insallation of the dynamic sealing function in the pump equipment, avoiding the flow of the fluid in the volute of the water pume through a part of the pump outside the pump shaft; Due to water pump for converying fluid, with horizontal installation, high speed, high pressure, with solidparticles, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, so the pumps with mechanical seal body material often need to resist the scour the impact of solid particles, high speed of sealing surface abrasion under high temperature, high pressure seal parmeter is not stable, matrix structure corrosion,etc. The influence of unfavrable factors, higher requirements for mechanical seal sealing material, usually seailng surface friction pair optional materal has nickel-based carbide, cobalt base reaction sintering cemented carbide, pressureless sintering of silicon carbide, silicon carbide, metal geaphite, ptfe filler geaphite, ptfe filled with glass fiber, 3 oxidation 2 aluminum specal ceramics, etc. The base material can be selected as 2Cr13 stainnless iron, 301 stainless, 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, 904L stainless steel, ptfe, etc.The spring compensable parts can be selected material for HHS alloy, 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 3Cr13, etc.
